Conditions will remain largely fine with plenty of sunshine through to around midday. Later on, larger cumulus clouds will develop, bringing the risk of isolated showers or thunderstorms.
Weather development Unsettled, improving from Thursday
Cloud will increase on Tuesday, and during the second half of the day a cold front will bring widespread showers and thunderstorms. Wednesday will be unsettled with plenty of cloud and frequent showers. The heaviest rainfall is expected across the southern parts of the region. Conditions will improve on Thursday with plenty of sunshine and only a few harmless clouds. Foehn winds are likely in the valleys along the main Alpine ridge. Friday will also remain largely sunny.
